RefuseBodyDoctors Ltd offers maintenance, repair services for refuse vehicles, and supplies parts necessary for the maintenance and repair of such vehicles. All services are performed by qualified technicians.

Use of Our Services

  • Users must provide accurate information when requesting services or ordering parts.
  • Services are subject to availability and may be booked in advance.
  • Payments for services and parts must be made according to the agreed-upon prices at the time of booking or purchase.

Liability

RefuseBodyDoctors Ltd is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services or products provided.

Warranty

We offer a warranty on parts and labor for repairs conducted by our technicians. The duration and specifics of the warranty will be provided at the time of service.

Payment Terms

For customers without an existing account, payment is due in advance or on the day upon receipt of the invoice. A booking fee may be required to secure a callout for non-account holders. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and any other method specified on the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation of services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of £150 + VAT.

Refunds

RefuseBodyDoctors Ltd does not offer refunds on parts or servicing, except as explicitly agreed upon in advance.

Ownership

All parts supplied by RefuseBodyDoctors Ltd remain the property of RefuseBodyDoctors Ltd until full payment has been received.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their service needs, responding in a timely manner to any inquiries, and ensuring access to the plant and machinery for servicing.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek resolution through direct communication and, if necessary, mediation under the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Model Mediation Procedure. Unresolved disputes may proceed to arbitration under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes means that you accept and agree to the changes.
